Dear Members,

We are excited to invite you to our Annual Business Meeting, an important gathering where we reflect on the past year and collaborate to shape the future of our chapter.

Below is a summary of what you can expect and how your input will help guide our plans for the upcoming season:

Purpose of the Meeting

• Recap of the Past Season
  We’ll review the events, educational offerings, charitable activities, and chapter accomplishments over the past year.

• Planning for the Upcoming Season
  Your feedback will help us build a strong and engaging calendar for the new season.

How You Can Contribute

We want to hear from you! This meeting is your chance to provide feedback and ideas on:

1. Payroll Education Topics

   • What topics would you like to see covered in the upcoming season?

   • Are there specific challenges or interests you’d like us to address?

2. Chapter Charity Suggestions

   • Recommend a local organization or cause we can support as our chapter charity for the upcoming year.

3. Member Experience

   • What would you like to see more of or less of in terms of meetings, communication, networking, and events?

4. Get Involved

   • Interested in helping out? There are many ways to participate:

     • Shadow a current officer (especially if you’re curious about future leadership roles).

     • Assist with social media, marketing, or communication.

     • Help us identify or coordinate speakers for upcoming meetings.

     • Volunteer on a committee or help with event planning.

This meeting is more than a recap—it’s a chance to build a better chapter together. Whether you’re a long-time member or newly joined, your voice and ideas are invaluable.

This event will be held in person at the training center at ATLAS Certified Payroll Inc.

• Chapter Business Meeting & Introductions ~ 5:45pm-6:00pm
• No Educational Meeting – No charge for this meeting ~ NO RCH’s
